• We don't offer partial modifications (eg. take out a cabinet to install a dishwasher).
• We are not a kitchen repair or handyman service - ie we don't fix broken drawers, door hinges etc.

How Much Does a Kitchen Renovation Cost?

There is no simple answer to this question.... it depends on a number of factors including the size of the space, the inclusions, the finishes selected  (laminate, poly or somewhere in between?), the benchtops selected (engineered stone, granite or marble, laminate?) and a range of other factors. There is however a general guide for homeowners -

* Most Real Estate Agents will tell you that for and for every $1 spent you should see around $2 increase in the value of the property - and

* Real Estate industry and Renovation experts recommend investing around 3-4% of the current value of the property for a kitchen renovation/makeover.
